With a capacity of 500 beds, Darica Farabi Education and Research Hospital (Constructed as Gebze 500 Beds State Hospital) is located on 114.000 m² of land overlooking the Izmit Gulf in the Darica district of Gebze. The 55.634 m²’s of architectural floor area includes out-going patient, dormitory and administrative blocks. The hospital is built under two contracts, the second (completion) contract comprising of finishings, mechanical and electrical installations, site walls, roads, parking spaces and power transformation center. A water reservoir with a 3.000 m³ capacity has also been built by Gurbuz Construction and donated to the hospital’s management.
